If your child is under 5 years old and you have concerns about their development or behaviour, please make an appointment for the Specialist Health Visitor Sessions.
If you have concerns around your school age child’s development or behaviour, make an appointment for the Specialist Health Visitor Sessions.
If you have concerns about the support your child is receiving in school or college make an appointment for a call back with the SENDIASS team.
If you would like information about the EHCP process, please read the information here and then if you want further guidance and support, make an appointment for a call back with the SENDIASS team.
If you have concerns relating to ADHD and behaviour (not school specific), please go the PATT ADHD Support Service for information on support groups and what help is available.
